On Friday night we presented the Maurice Major Awards for agency staffers who have exhibited consistent brilliance throughout the year.

Named after agency founder Maurice Saatchi, who often ends his staff addresses with the brutally simple belief that 'we are all brilliant', the Maurice Majors award the most brilliant of the brilliant.

This year we doled out awards to six worthy recipients, pictured above clockwise from top left:

- Yash Gandhi, Group Account Director
- Hayley Mathews, Account Director
- Nathan Charles, Senior Account DIrector
- Josh Bryer, Creative Group Head
- Caroline Ghatt, Planning Director
- Michael Cleary, Creative Services Director

All received a worthy prize and a priceless signed photo of Maurice himself.
