Moray MacLennan
Worldwide CEO
Moray was a Graduate Trainee at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1983, after studying Law at Christ's College, Cambridge.
He was appointed Joint Managing Director in 1993.
He left the Agency in 1995 to help found M&C Saatchi.
As Worldwide CEO, Moray is now responsible for the network of M&CSaatchi offices.

Tom Dery
Worldwide Chairman
Tom's career has been divided between client and agency. His client experiences were with Qantas Airlines and Ansett (General Manager, Commercial).
On the agency side he was a Founding Partner of The Campaign Palace, Managing Director of DDB Melbourne and in May 1995, Tom founded M&C Saatchi in the Asia Pacific region.
Tom also spent 18 months in academia as Visiting Fellow at Monash University in Melbourne. Tom holds degrees from UNSW (B. Comm) and Stanford University (M.B.A.).
He is Chairman of The Australian Cancer Research Foundation and the Sydney Dance Company and a Board Member of AsiaLink.

Chris Jaques
CEO
Chris Jaques began his advertising career with D'Arcy and Lowe in London, before deciding that Asia was rapidly becoming the world's most exciting region.
Chris was appointed CEO of Bates Asia in 1993, leading the network to become 'Asia's Agency Of The Year' in both 1993 and 1996, before he was persuaded to become Chairman of BBDO Asia Pacific in 1997.
After turning BBDO into one of Asia's most dynamic and creative networks, Chris moved to London as President of Ammirati Puris Lintas Europe, before returning to Asia in 2003 as Chairman & CEO of Young & Rubicam and Wunderman Asia Pacific.
Chris revitalised the Y&R companies in Asia, and was promoted to become CEO of Y&R North America. However, the combination of Asia's dynamism and M&C Saatchi's entrepreneurial spirit proved impossible to resist.

Marcus Peffers
European COO
Shortly after joining Saatchi & Saatchi as a graduate trainee in 1994, Marcus moved to M&C Saatchi in early 1995, joining as one of their founding staff.
Since then he has gained experience in a wide variety of industry sectors, eventually leading a number of the Agency’s flagship accounts.
These have included HMRC, British Airways and The One World Alliance, RBS, Sainsbury’s, GSK, Trinity Mirror Newspapers, Scottish & Newcastle, and Gallaher Cigarettes.
He is currently Chief Operating Officer for Europe, with responsibility for helping direct and grow M&C Saatchi’s European offering.
